Each year,
Powers kicks off the spring season with their huge
neighborhood garage sale and their Spring Craft Sale. The
craft sale is held every year on the weekend of Palm Sunday.
After these two events have passed, Powers is open seven
days a week for the remainder of the calendar year.
Come to Powers in the spring to find fresh-cut flowers,
Easter plants, produce, milk & bread, and a full line of
delicious baked good. Don’t forget to say hello the animals
at the petting zoo while you’re here, they missed you over
the winter! By Mother’s Day, Powers will have a full
array of bedding plants (both annuals and perennials) to
help make your gardens beautiful. With everything from
Ageratum to Zinnias, the tables are all in full bloom.
The Market also carries a full stock of mulches and
soils and as always, a wide variety of beautiful hanging
baskets that will add a pop of color to any home!The spring
season also brings the first of the homegrown harvests.
Early on, you’ll find local asparagus. Next, in early June,
fresh strawberries make their ways to the shelves, Finally !
